Handling Time

Your package will be shipped within 3 business days of placing your order, unless we have posted a notification indicating a longer handling time is required.

Once orders are collected by UPS/USPS/DHL, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen issues with the delivery carrier, incorrect or undeliverable shipping addresses, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Requirements & Restrictions

  • Orders must ship to a single address located within the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, or Washington, DC.
  • For some orders, UPS may require a signature upon delivery.
  • Depending on the size of your order, your order may be shipped to you in multiple cartons.

International Shipping Info

For customers residing outside of the United States, we kindly inform buyers that additional duties and taxes, such as customs charges, may be applicable. This serves to ensure clarity regarding the potential responsibility of buyers for these additional fees.

Most customs charges are typically levied upon the package's arrival in the destination country. The specific amounts can vary considerably and are often determined by factors such as the price and nature of the item, package weight and dimensions, country of origin, as well as the taxes, duties, and fees imposed by the destination country.

Shipping Errors & Disputes

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address at the time of purchase. In the event that a customer places and confirms an order with an incorrect shipping address, and fails to notify Gracie China Shop prior to the packing and shipping of the order, the customer will bear full responsibility for any associated shipping costs. This includes the expenses related to returning the incorrectly shipped order and/or shipping a new order (if necessary) to the correct address.

We exclusively utilize reputable delivery services that offer advanced tracking systems, allowing us to monitor the status and confirm the delivery of all shipments. Once an order departs from our warehouse, the delivery service assumes full responsibility for the successful delivery of the order. Consequently, in the event that a customer claims non-receipt of an order, the tracking information, coupled with any delivery confirmation recorded in the delivery service's tracking system, shall serve as conclusive proof of delivery.
