Handling Time

Your order will be dispatched within 2 business days from the time of purchase, unless we have posted a notification indicating a longer processing time is necessary.

Once orders are collected by UPS/USPS/FedEx, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen issues with the delivery carrier, incorrect or undeliverable shipping addresses, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Depending on the size of your order, your order may be shipped to you in multiple cartons.

International Shipping Info

For customers residing outside of the United States, we kindly inform buyers that additional duties and taxes, such as customs charges, may be applicable. This serves to ensure clarity regarding the potential responsibility of buyers for these additional fees.

Most customs charges are typically levied upon the package's arrival in the destination country. The specific amounts can vary considerably and are often determined by factors such as the price and nature of the item, package weight and dimensions, country of origin, as well as the taxes, duties, and fees imposed by the destination country.

Shipping Errors & Disputes

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address at the time of purchase. In the event that a customer places and confirms an order with an incorrect shipping address, and fails to notify Gracie China Shop prior to the packing and shipping of the order, the customer will bear full responsibility for any associated shipping costs. This includes the expenses related to returning the incorrectly shipped order and/or shipping a new order (if necessary) to the correct address.

We exclusively utilize reputable delivery services that offer advanced tracking systems, allowing us to monitor the status and confirm the delivery of all shipments. Once an order departs from our warehouse, the delivery service assumes full responsibility for the successful delivery of the order. Consequently, in the event that a customer claims non-receipt of an order, the tracking information, coupled with any delivery confirmation recorded in the delivery service's tracking system, shall serve as conclusive proof of delivery.

Damaged Items

At Gracie China Shop, we prioritize the secure packaging of our merchandise to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. In the rare event of damage during transit, we have a comprehensive policy in place to address your concerns. If you receive a visibly damaged package, please document the condition on the carrier’s receipt and notify us within 3 days of delivery. Additionally, for any damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within the same 3-day window. To ensure your satisfaction, we provide free product replacements for eligible claims.
