Gracie China Shop strictly adheres to its return policy, which requires that all returns be authorized. In the event that an item needs to be returned, the customer must first contact us to initiate the return process. Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
To qualify for a refund, the returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in pristine condition. The items must be received by Gracie China Shop within 30 days from the date of your initial receipt of the product. Please note that damaged or deformed items are not eligible for credit. Prior to use, any damage should be promptly reported to Gracie China Shop. We regret to inform you that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for items that have been used.
Returns are accepted on items within 15 days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
Please be advised that our return policy applies exclusively to items shipped within the United States.
Damaged Items
Gracie China Shop takes utmost care in ensuring that merchandise is securely packaged and protected before being handed over to the carriers. Consequently, any damage occurring during transit becomes the responsibility of the carrier. If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, please indicate the specific condition of the package (e.g., visible damage) on your receipt from the carrier, along with your signature. In the event that the damage is discovered after opening the package, kindly notify Gracie China Shop within 3 days of the package's arrival. We will do our best to assist you with any necessary claims to the extent feasible. It is important to note that we cannot provide assistance for damage reported beyond the 3-day timeframe.
