Return and Refund

Gracie China Shop strictly adheres to its return policy, which requires that all returns be authorized. In the event that an item needs to be returned, the customer must first contact us to initiate the return process. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

To qualify for a refund, the returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in pristine condition. Please note that damaged or deformed items are not eligible for credit. Prior to use, any damage should be promptly reported to Gracie China Shop. We regret to inform you that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for items that have been used.

Kindly note that the shipping cost is non-refundable as the package has already been dispatched to the buyer.

Returns are accepted on items within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
