Free Shipping on All Orders of $150 or More!

Only orders placed within the continental 48 US states only qualify for free shipping. We reserve the right to choose the shipping method based on cost. Typical delivery time for orders that qualify for free shipping is 3 to 10 business days. Orders shipping to APOs, Hawaii, Alaska, foreign countries, or any US Territory DO NOT qualify for free shipping.

Expedited Shipping Information

Deadline for orders requiring Next Day, 2 Day, or 3 Day delivery is 2:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time) for items in stock. Expedited orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship by the end of the next business day for items in stock. Next Day, 2 Day, or 3 Day orders placed on a Friday after 2:00 PM PST will ship the following Monday.

Alaska, Hawaii and APO Addresses

Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska can be shipped by USPS and typically take 2 weeks to arrive. In some cases our shipping calculator may underestimate the actual shipping costs if the package is over-sized. In this case we will notify you of any additional charges before shipping. You may cancel your order at this point without penalty.

Shipping Times

Most orders that ship ground usually ship the same business day if placed before 2:00PM PST and the items are in stock. Orders that ship ground will ship within two business days if placed before 2:00PM PST and the items are in stock.

Transit time

Shipments are made by UPS, FedEx, or US mail from our warehouse in City of Industry, CA.

We strive to ship within two business days. Sometimes a delay will occur if we are out of stock. Some items do list alternate shipping times on their specific web pages. Only expedited orders will be notified of a delay.

Delivery will not be made on a weekend unless special Saturday delivery is arranged. This service is available at an extra cost to certain areas specified by our carriers. Please contact us for availability to make arrangements.

Returns

Returns are accepted for full credit up to 5 days from the date the package carrier says the package was delivered.

Damages and defective merchandise occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged item, fill out the form to the right or contact sales@graciechinashop.com. You will receive a reply with further instructions.

Please Note:

  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Returns will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.
  • When returning items pack them well to avoid breakage. Pack them in original packing materials when possible.
  • You will receive your refund within one week of our receipt of the item.
  • Gracie China products purchased anywhere other than graciechinashop.com cannot be returned. Please contact the original seller about their return policy.
